Finally made it to Rank 30 recently, and did the main story mission. With the bonus SP for completing the mission, I nearly went up one full level.
Found these two groups in the same market ward; Battlecraft I think. Props for the coordination.
Something to watch for if you do the seasonal quest with the bombs. When they go into the incinerator and blow up, a pair of eyes will stick around and watch for a little while, though it is a little tough to pick up in the picture.
