hey everyone so I'm done my video I've done it twice now and each time I go to save it to my computer as a movie I get this error

(Windows Movie maker cannot save the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in you movie are still available, that the saving location is still available, and that there is enough free disk space available, and then try again)

OK so i have 75Gbs of free space, I have not tampered with any of the folders, all the video clips use are in one folder never moved, I have rebooted my computer I have tried re-importing all the original files. I have clicked on every file they are all .avi. I very frustrated and would appreciate any help

I am however going to work now I'll be back tonight. I wrote down all the files used I was going to try again from scratch tonight but only import the files I truly need.
anyway thank you for your time and I appreciate any advice that will work ^^ that way you can see my creation I am very excited to show everyone anyway take care all.

hmmm, i encountered a similar error when i opened an old working project and had already deleted the raw vids i was working with.

but your saying all your raw videos are still intact and awaiting rendering?

From the info that you've given, the only conclusion I can come to is that your output file is over 75gbs. I'd recommend trying to render the output video at a much lower resolution or compression and work up from there. If you can make a smaller video file, then its a matter of your available disk space.

i had that same thought, but for that to happen the vid would have to be enormous.. how long is the clip you made? even at 10 min it shouldnt be over 600MB at 1080p HD resolution..

i Have made the video to time up to a 4:42 min song the hole video comes out to be 5:04 min i am wondering that if windows movie maker crash during the time i am making the video if it corrupts the path of the source files
