I also liked FFU, I just disliked having it end before they completed the story. The anime that is, as the series did carry on in other media.

I did enjoy how they handled summons in this universe though. I would like to see something like that carried over. Of course, I would just like to see some sort of SMN as it is one of those touches that makes Final Fantasy feel like Final Fantasy.



In keeping with the theme of the thread, here is one of my favorites from XI. I actually liked traveling to Ru'Aun Gardens (sky) and The Boyahda Tree because of this theme.



Loved the fight vs. the Shadow Lord.



Probably my favorite boss fight with my XI linkshell, vs. Alexander. We kept getting killed but we didn't wipe. Thankfully, although I was weakened when I raised, the same didn't hold true for my precious pets. If they brought Beastmaster to XIV, it would likely be my automatic main.



And this was my favorite tune to listen to while waiting for our missions to begin. I usually waited on the second floor of Heaven's Tower waiting for the ls to gather (as BST of course) and used this music to help focus me for the events to come.
